All orders are processed and dispatched from our international warehouse. During periods of high demand (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
Order Processing
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
• Processing time is 3 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.
• Shipping takes place the day after processing is completed.
• We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Important: once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to modify your
shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is dispatched. No
changes can be made once the order has been processed.
Estimated Delivery Times
After processing, estimated shipping times by destination are as follows:
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada: 7–16 business days
• Central America: 10–25 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–26 business days
• Rest of the world: 11–30 business days
In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to customs, weather conditions, or logistical
circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor the status
of your delivery in real time.
Delays or Issues
While we do our best to meet the stated timeframes, external factors such as health restrictions, customs
checks, or peak season periods may cause delays.
